Adobe XD CC unable to install on Windows 10 1607 LTSB

we cannot able to install the Application  Adobe XD CC on Windows 10 1607 LTSB (Version 10.0.14393.2551)

Note: this is a Supported version till "October 13, 2026" and not sure why we cannot able to install the Application on the machines.

The below link shows as the system is not supported for versions below Windows 10 Creators Update (64-bit) (v1703 (build 10.0.15063) or later),

if it so will the Software application only will supports on the CB versions.? or it will be extended to the other Long term OS.

Thanks for your inquiry. We raised the minimum bar to the Creators Update in order to take advantage of additional functionality in that version of Windows 10. We’re not planning to support all versions of Windows 10 until the OS version expires, as we’re a living application that gets updated monthly. Similarly, on Mac, we’ve dropped support for macOS 10.11 this year, and now currently only support macOS 10.12-10.14.
