Question

Adobe XD doesn't save files to the cloud or create new ones

Hi! So first of all I had a problem where I couldn't create new files on adobe XD, I downgraded the app just to create a new file and then updated it again. Now I want to preview some of my work on my phone but when I save it to the cloud it just says Saving... in the top but never saves the file.

I need to preview this on my phone somehow, can someone please help me?

My creative cloud sync version is 4.1.0.29

Thanks!!

    Hi renealvarenga5,

A couple of quick questions, and apologies if they sound elementary:

    -  Can you test if your Internet connection is working fine?

    - Are you able to save to a location on your computer?

Also, the latest version of Creative Cloud sync is 4.1.1.32.  Is Creative Cloud sync enabled on your Creative Cloud desktop app?

    Thanks,

    Preran

    Hi Preran!

Yes, I do have a strong internet connection. It's even connected by cable.

I am able to save it to a location, yes. I have all my projects on my PC.

It is enabled, sync, auto-update... everything. How can I update it if it doesn't automatically do so? I have to reinstall all my adobe programs again?

I did that one more time and also I've reinstalled Xd, no luck... same issues.
