Adobe Xd layers are displayed in a wrong order

Another day, another Adobe Xd bug. I'm trying to order layers, but no matter what I do, the "top layer" is not on the top. Among many bugs Xd has, this one is just nuts. It's make this software literally unusable.

Is there any fix for that, other then "please reinstall your software" which is not a solution whatsoever?

I'd be more than happy to hear any reasonable solutions... I'm losing my mind here.
