Hello,
We have a computer lab at our college that uses shared licenses for the computers. The other adobe products are able to verify the subscription status through our federated accounts but Adobe XD is the only program that shows this error upon being opened. If Try Again is pressed, it reopens the second window and closes the application.
This issue only shows up from versions 50.x and above. If we install an older version of Adobe XD (48.0.12.10), the program is able to run for that current user on that specific machine.
Has anyone experienced this problem before?
Sorry for the delay in response. It looks like your system doesn't meet the requirement. Please check the minimum system requirement to install XD: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/system-requirements.html
Let us know if you need further assistance from us.
We would be happy to help.
Thanks,
Harshika

These computers are using Windows 10 and they have updated to the most recent version of Windows 10 as of writing this post. Our computers have the Credential Manager started but Web Credentials have been cleared and are empty. I followed the steps shown in the article and attempted to run the EasyFix.msi but a message stated that "The current operating system is not supported." appears and the installation cannot proceed.

I guess the solution is to avoid updating XD at all cost. They can arbitrarily decide that all users have incompatible hardware regardless.
