Adobe Xd Prototype Share Link not Working

Hi all,

 

My share links won't open in my computer. (I tried 3 different browser also cleared browser cache etc. )

It keeps giving "Something went wrong. You can try accesing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error." 

 

But when i tried to open same link in a different computer it works.

 

Also I am getting this error in a different xd projects too.

 

Can you help me?

Plus i did everthing below, it didn't work.

  1. Sign out of XD & CC desktop app.
  2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  3. Reboot the computer.
  4. Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if you are able to update the link. 

 

Information

  1. The version of the OS. = macOS Big Sur 11.7.6
  2. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files? = multiple
  3. Are you connected to a private network or enterprise network? Have you tried switching to a different network? = I tried different networks and get same error.
  4. My Adobe Xd version: 57.1.12.2
  5. My Creative Cloud version: 6.5.3.1
  6. I am not using free version.

    same is happening to me, when trying another wifi connection it works, but on my network it doesn't

    Hi  iremboztepe,

    Sorry for the  inconvenience, we have tried opening the link shared by you in multiple systems with:

    macOS Big Sur 11.7
    macOS Minterey 12.6
    And latest version of macOS 13

    It is working fine for us, could you please try once in Incognito, also could you please check any if there is any network restriction on your system firewall , proxy.
    Also please try in some different network.

    As i said before i tried different networks. Also i don't have network restriction on my system firewall , proxy.

    But my share link works right now,  coincidence i think 🙂
