Hi guys,
I am updating my XD live link but its not possible because It says your cloud storage is full.
So when i go to the Cloud documents and deleted the all projects. So it still says 2.1 GB of  2.0 is used.
So how make this space 0. Please check the screenshots below.
Thanks

Hi Uzaira,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the screenshots. Please switch to "Synced files", I am sure there are some files in there. I would also recommend emptying the "Deleted" sections.

Let me know if that helps. I'll be happy to take it further if needed.

Thanks,

Since weeks my Cloud is quite full although no images in it ! Number of discussions and  remote sessions with Adobe specialists did  not solve my problem.

I have the impression that Adobe Eco System became a mounster not anymore managable even by specialist.

I am not able to work with LrC since weeks which is unacceptable

Sync problems exist and not solved since the beginning (1 year)

Hi,

I didn't have anything in "Synced files", to solve it I had to delete (from App) all files under Your Work > Cloud Documents > Deleted

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the solution. I am sure this will help, other community members. In addition to this, you can also delete the files from here https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and once deleted, you can check the Deleted folder and you can delete the files from there as well.

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or suggestions.

Regards
