Co-Editing option not showing

Hello ..
I woke up today to complete a  project i've been working on with my Co-Designer
but all of the sudden Co-editing option is not showing 

is the from adobe side or from my side and if thats my case how can i solve this issue

    If you're on a Creative Cloud for Teams or Individual account, coediting will now be on by default for your shared cloud documents. Simply share your document with your collaborator, and coediting will be on. Hope that helps!
