Question

[Collaboration]-Prototype link and XD file aren't showing the same data when coediting is enabled.

Hey There, 

 

Our adobe prototype link has different content ( is more up to date) then the actual XD file. 

 

We are working in the coediting space and we have lost a bit of work. Our owner of the file cant even access / open the file anymore. 

 

If someone can help us that would be great

Hi Vivek, 

 

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble using Adobe XD. We would like to know a few more details like-

 

  • What is the OS and XD version of your machine?
  • Have you tried to copy paste the content from the prototype mode into a new document and then create a new link?
  • Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?

Also, thought I would mention that this file was built with the co-editing feature in adobe xd
