Color picker catches layout grid color - BUG?

I found something strange. When I use color picker in XD it catches color of my layout grid. I have to turn off grid to pick correct color of my design on artboard. Is it some bug or maybe I can force on XD to ignore grid overlay color? It's hard to work with it... I working on Windows 10.

    I agree, it shouldn't.
