Configuring buttons in the web and mobile versions of the site

I created a toggle button for the web version of the site. When I try to apply it for the mobile version, then there is a difficulty with scaling it. For the mobile and web version, do I need to create two separate toggle buttons? I will need to reconfigure all the buttons that are in the web version again in the mobile version?
