[Design]-Padding Keyboard Shortcut not works

Hello, I have trouble with the new padding feature, the keyboard shortcut only works when my keyboard layout is set up on the U.S., but I'm Brazilian and I need to write letters some as "á é ç ã" when I set up my keyboard layout to U.S. International - PC the shortcuts not works.
