Error 44:76 in Adobe XD when creating prototype links

****IMPORTANT - ADOBE XD TEAM, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!

 

I'm currently using Adobe XD 51.0.12.6, which is the most current version. Whenever I create a link to a prototype, I get an error 44:76 message. After consulting with Adobe Support, they told me to contact my internet service provider.

 

After meeting with my internet service provider, we decided to perform a Speedtest on my computer. These were the results:

 

1) When my computer is running XD and creating a prototype link it pings at 565 ms (please see attached picture)

 

2) When my computer is doing nothing, it pings at 9 ms (please see attached picture)

 

My ISP pointed out that it's taking a long time to ping whenever I create a prototype - this is a really big problem since my designs are for a project and I tried everything from reducing the number of artboards, shutting down coresync, and even connecting my computer on a hard line.

 

ADOBE, CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE PING PROBLEM????

 

IT SEEMS THAT THE SERVICE THAT IS USED TO CREATE PROTOTYPES TAKES A LONG TIME.

 

TO ALL ADOBE XD USERS OUT THERE, ESPECIALLY THOSE USING THE CURRENT VERSION PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS!

 

THE PRIMARY PROBLEM IS THE PING ISSUE!!!!!

Hi, same problem here since a few days now. I've tried each method recommended all over the Support Community and Error 44:76 occured again and again. FYI this happen with all my XD files, not a specific one.

Pretty frustrating to share good old PNG with my clients instead of animated prototypes...

Please someone help?
