He investigado y he encontrado la solución en los foros en inglés.
En Windows 10 abrimos el Administrador de Credenciales y eliminamos las credenciales de Adobe App.
Al abrir de nuevo el programa, funcionará perfectamente.

We are having the same problem with select users. NONE of the suggested solutions helped.
The interesting thing is that if I open Adobe Acrobat DC "As administrator", then the application opens fine.

This is an issue affecting legit users for the sake of blocking illegal ones. Not a promising business model, long term, I assure you.
I'm having this issue on a mac and the link you provided above for mac users does not work.
Please let me know if there is a solution as I cannot open Acrobatt at all (what is strange is that it's not affecting photoshop).
