Error : Could not add or update component to Artboard ID

Good evening all. I'm trying to get help with this issue. When I try to create an image, alert comes up and doesn't create the space with the dimensions that I input.

Almost the same thing happens with my Xd after the latest update. I can't open any new documents, I can only open the existing ones I created before. When I select the dimensions for the new document, I get some weird error that only says "50" and I can't do anything but click on OK. After I click on that, it doesn't open a new document, the app becomes unusable because no document is open.
