Hi all, I would like to use a complex control that has been prototyped in two related artboards in another artboard. How could this work? Thank you very much for the support.

You can recreate the artboards as a component with 2 states (you can literally group everything on the artboard and turn it into a component). Instead of artboards, you will be switching states. Then you can put that component in the main artboard and have it work in there.
