How to output "prototype" design on specification documents(ex. screen transition diagram)

We designed UI design by Xd,

But our software designer has not PC installed Xd.（According to company regulations）

So we need to give "screen transition diagram" by paper or "pdf file" to a software designer who build android app ,

Can anyone tell me how to output screen transition diagram.?

Not sure what "screen transition diagram" is exactly, but can you use Design Spec a.k.a. Share for Development? Your developer should be able to obtain all the info they need.

Could  you show me  web page that  explain what  "Design Spec a.k.a" is ?

( Sorry I 'm just a software designer .so I'm first timer ｆield of design)
