How to recover shared library?

My company updated my Adobe CS license which appears to have broken the link to my Adobe XD library. When I search for my library in the CS App it does not show up. Is there a way to recover it without having to recreate it from scratch? FYI- I have been adding colors, fonts and components to this single-source library from a multitude of different project files, so it will NOT be as simple as finding a single linked document and using the import . Instead, we built our library from over 20 different files. In addition, it appears to have wiped out my Cloud saved files. So I need to recover those as well. Can anyone help???

Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out. If there was a change in the account and then it went missing, I'd recommend contacting us directly using this this link.
