I am unable to access a shared design link

A designer has shared a link with me, but I can't seem to be able to access it no matter what browser am using. I am always recieving this message:

I trierd reporting the error, but, once I sign in, I receieve a message telling me that I don't have access to the forum.

Hi, please try again later. Most likely there was some maintenance work on the servers and the links were temporarily inaccessible.

Thanks for the reply. The strange thing is that it's been like this for 3 days and my coworkers are able to view the design just fine.
