I can not open any documents!

When i am trying to open the document or Ui Kit - Adobe XD writes me this: "could not open the specified document adobe xd".

What can i do?

Hi, nikitak136815​-

We've had some reports on this from people whose user folders are in Cyrillic or another non-English language. Do you think this is what is happening to you?

No, my pc names "khomutovspace" and the user profile too.
