    Hi dennisg29527590,

Please try following steps to fix the problem.

    1. Please try suggestions in Cannot Publish Prototype: service is temporarily unavailable – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs
    2. If this is not the case then try troubleshooting below
    3. Reboot the machine and try to publish again.
    4. Sign out from Adobe XD and Creative Cloud Desktop App
      • To sign out from Adobe XD click on Help >> Sign out, Quit Adobe XD once signed out.
      • To sign out of Creative Cloud desktop app, Click on your profile image in the app and click on sign out.
    5. Once signed out, Sign in again and launch Adobe XD.
    6. In case step 4-5 do not work then sing out of Creative Cloud desktop app and rename the OOBE folder to OOBE_old
      1. Below is the location of OOBE folder on your windows machine
        1. Windows : [System Drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe
        2. Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe
    7. After renaming OOBE folder Sign into Creative Cloud application and try to publish again.
    8. If the issue still persists then try an alternate internet connection to publish the project.

Please let us know if this do not help.

    Regards,

    Vivek
