[Import & Export]-Error while exporting in XD." there as an error exporting your asset"

Hi I am not able to export my Adobe XD files getting error. Please find attached screenshot for better idea.

Hi Amruta, 

 

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble exporting assets in XD. We would like to know a few more details like-

 

  • Please share the screenshot of your about XD info page.
  • Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?
  • Have you tried signing out of XD and Creative Cloud app and sign back in?

Hi, I am facing same issue with every file, have uninstalled XD once and installed again still the problem is there. have update latest version, sign out and signed in again. have tried every possible way but not able to resolve it, Please help.

Sorry to hear that and thank you for trying the steps. Would you mind telling us if it's happening with all the files or with a specific file? Have you tried copying the asset into a new file and then try to export?

?Same problem with all XD files. tried doing everything. If i try more than twice XD get closed automatically.
