Live synchronization with the app no longer works

I connected my iPhone to my Macbook with a cable and synced my prototype with it. So far all changes have been transferred live to the app. Currently this does not work anymore. I have to reboot for every change. This is very cumbersome. Is there a place where I can reactivate the live transmission?
I just had to update the app, after that the live broadcast did not work anymore.

    Unfortunately the problem has not yet been solved. Without live transmission the workflow is really extremely limited. When can I expect this error to be fixed?


    Sorry for the delay in response Stephanie, we tested this on our end and it seems to be working fine. Could you please try rebooting both the PC and the mobile device once and then check if it is still happening?

    Hi Stephanie,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble, we'll try our best to help you with it. I'd also recommend re-installing the app on iPhone and see if that works and if it doesn't please re-install the app on the computer as well. 

    If it still doesn't work, please share the version of Adobe XD on the computer and on iOS.

    Hello Rishabh,

     

    I'm afraid this still isn't working. I have uninstalled the app on the iphone and on the Macbook, but the problem remains. The changes are still only visible when I close the app once and then open it again.
    The realtime transfer still doesn't work.

    Of course this is extremely restrictive for the workflow. Before the app update the problem did not exist. Is this a bug in the new version? Can you please fix the error as soon as possible. That would be great.
