Hello, I am Chilean And seeing how everything has gone with this covid-19. Watch out!

Is the Adobe Xd course taught in my country? And without the company, I am the only one taking it to have the certificate, is this possible? (Company than 100 learners)

I would like to know the course and exam costs. And the duration time to take the course and exam.

There's no Adobe Certified Expert program for Adobe XD, like there has been for almost all other popular Adobe applications. You can see that from the Filter list of Product Expertises on this page:

There's only a so-called of Adobe Essentials exam for Adobe XD, but I haven't heard or seen much from that anymore: https://www.youracclaim.com/org/adobe/badge/adobe-xd-essentials

I also looked if there are any Adobe Autorized Training Centres in Chile, but I haven't seen one in the official list or training partners from that same page I mentioned before (Filter for Region). So there's not much to look and hope for in Chile, and even worldwide. Since Adobe is always reorganizing and even partially dismantling their certification programs.

In the page from that link you mentioned you can also see that the list menu has active links to all other areas of interest, except for XD – that one is inactive...

BUT... there are TONS OF COURSES, tutorials, videos, complete courses, online, FREE, about XD !!

E.g. on Behance, an Adobe owned platform and resource, where all Adobe Evangelists and many other contribute in amny ways (also with lots of useful sample files and design kits).

Actually, that article doesn't say anything. It is missing a lot of details and all other materials and FAQs too. That's why I wrote here.

After some digging, I've come across this page:

You probably need to register for a CertMetrics account to plan an exam.

The Adobe XD exam is in the Creative Cloud section, but "On Demand".

So Adobe support just sent over me this:
"XD exam is currently only available for partners. 
It will soon be opened for customers to take which will not ask for a passcode".

Do you have any link to register for the on demand Adobe XD certification exam ? or any further information. It will be really helpful for me as I am looking to get the XD certification. I also tried contacting Adobe but they are not providing the specific answer.

Yes, so I asked when I should expect it to become public. They answered:
"Its under development. May be it should be up by the end of Sep'2020."

It is now (2022, actual costs about 95,– USD):

AD3-C103 Adobe XD Essentials: The passcode is applicable only for a specific program. Outside that program, the Adobe XD Credential is available for a minimal fee. Partners who have passcode can schedule under "on demand" and others can register with "Examity-Proctored" exam.
