Pinning Comments is Not Working, Please Help

My company is experiencing an issue where when they go to pin a comment to a prototype for reviewing, the viewport shoots to the middle of the design and you can only pin in that spot and are unable to scroll up or down. You also can not move your pin to the top. Adobe please look into this issue soon as it is causing a lot of headache for my company that recently converted our entire company over to XD under my recommendation and is not only looking bad but causing me a lot of head aches and frustration. Things were working fine before you released your latest minor update where the "pin" moved up with the comments. Thinking it has something to do with this.

this is an issue across the board throughout our entire company across all prototype links for our many clients.

The issue you were facing should be fixed now. Please check and let us know if you are facing any more issues.

Hi,

We are very sorry for this inconvenience and deeply regret it. We have now deployed a fix for this problem & you should not encounter the issue anymore. A good indicator to ascertain normal services resumed would be if you can see the comment box coming in the bottom of the commenting pane. If not please give it a few minutes and eventually it will come there. Again sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I have the Pin at the bottom with the comments, however I still have the issue where when I click pin, it jumps the viewport to the middle of the design, and does not allow for you to pin it anywhere other then the viewable space on the screen.

AKA can't scroll when pinning a comment, you are stuck in the very middle by defualt.

I am still unable to scroll, it just shoots to the middle of the design with no way of pinning above or below. I have noticed the pin has moved back to the comments but that doesn't really help me with my issue. Please get this fixed ASAP.

Do you happen to have an estimate of when we could expect to see this issue fixed. If it wont be fixed today I will need to find a work around solution for my team in the mean time. Thanks!

I am also having an issue with pinned comments. When I try to pin a comment, it moves to the middle of the XD design and does not allow me to scroll up or down to pin the comment. Instead, I have to ZOOM all the way out to see the entire design and then drop the comment. I am unable to move the pin once put on the design and not yet submitted. Pinning as a whole is a major ISSUE right now! Please help.

Wow, I came here to post this same thing. Didn't realize that I am, unfortunately, not the only one experiencing this incredibly frustrating situation. Frequent updates are a good thing, I only hope that Adobe is receptive to their users who are having actual problems.

Agreed, this is a huge issue that is costing my company time and money. Not a great start to just a few weeks of being fully converted over to using it as a company...
