Prototypes not displaying correctly in the browser in XD

Help! I've created a demo that works fine in windows 10 and andriod but when it gets to a certain artboard on an iphone or ipad it crashes. with the message 'There was a problem displaying prototype. Please try these troubleshooting steps.'

They don't work and I need clients to be able to use the demo on any operating system without needing tech supportotherwise it's pointless.

Hi, what version of Adobe XD is installed on your iOS devices?

22.0 The issue isn't this the XD app but with viewing in a browser Chrome or Safari

No this hasn't help. It seems to get stuck on one art board part way through. all the pages leading up to this are fine. Chrome on windows is also fine just IOS which is the problem.

Is there a max amount of artboards that are reccomended?
