Prototypes not displaying correctly in the browser in XD

Help! I've created a demo that works fine in windows 10 and andriod but when it gets to a certain artboard on an iphone or ipad it crashes. with the message 'There was a problem displaying prototype. Please try these troubleshooting steps.'

They don't work and I need clients to be able to use the demo on any operating system without needing tech supportotherwise it's pointless.

Hi, what version of Adobe XD is installed on your iOS devices?

    22.0 The issue isn't this the XD app but with viewing in a browser Chrome or Safari
