Scrolling Horizontally and Vertically

I know how to make photos and text etc scroll etc.

What do I need to do, to be able to scroll horizontally and vertically, like this BBC Sounds app (video recording).

So the Thumbnails etc scroll not only scroll horizontally and vertically, but the header text like 'Unmissable Sounds' and 'Continue Listening' stay in their fixed position when scrolling scroll horizontally,  move when scrollinh vertically
