Selecting multiple layers in different groups

Is there a way to drag and select multiple objcts in diffrent groups like in Sketch, see the expample video. It is very fustrating when you have to select many elemets in different groups or in one group by having to keep clicking by holding just the command button.

Is XD planing on adding this functionality? It can save users time and the headache of slecting elemets one by one in groups.

Honestly, Selection in XD suck. When I organize everything in groups on the left side tree then I can't work with content, bc always selecting a group and clicking through. Just gonna switch to sketch back again, just very bad basic UX.

And btw, where is an inside shadow, are you kidding... Word spacing???? Fk just put in basic HTML functionality atleast...

Absolutely totally 100% agree! Trying to select multiple items is like holding water in a net. They should never be allowed to release such a crap piece of software for User Experience designs.

You can already do that! Hold down Shift as you Cmd+click, and it will direct select across groups.

Thanks for relpy. Yes I see that you can Shift Cmd+click to select multiple accross groups.

But for example lets asy you have 100 icon for and you want to grab 50 of them you will need to click on each one with the curent method you mentioned. Being able to have the same key comand with the ability to drag across multiple elements makes in more effeicent for a user. Same idea would work in reverse to deselect items you don't want selected.
