Share link requires password when no password is needed

Hi all,

 

I have created a share link where it is available to all those with the link and no password is needed. When I share the link to others it is asking them to fully login to Adobe rather than preview the XD design.

 

Can anyone help me out as to why this is doing it? Never happened to me before.

      Hi @SPashley 

       

      Sorry for the delay. If your prototype contains an audio feature then it will require a sign-in because of security reasons. To preview the prototype you'll need to sign in with the Adobe ID and password.

      Thank you for reaching out. I tried generating a public link at my end and shared it with my colleague, and the link was directly opened at his end without any sign-in. 

       

      I would suggest you to please go through this article to check if you're following the right instruction for public links. If possible, please also share the link with me so that I can check at my end as well.

      Hi Harshika,

       

      Thank you for coming back to me. I have looked at the release that I do and it is a public link and has no password settings. I have done nothing different to this than I do to my others which have open access to anyone with the link. 

       

      Do you know of any other reason as to why this would be asking for a password?
