The decision to discontinue the Adobe XD free plan is wrong

As a web developer, I only use the app as an XD file viewer. Now, you are pushing me and my partners to continue with a paid plan. But it's not going to happen. You're just losing customers.

Hi All,

Thank you for your patience, and sorry for the delay in response.

  • The trial gives you the chance to try the full capabilities of XD at no cost for 7 days. There is no commitment; if you cancel during the trial period, you will go back to the Starter plan.
  • XD A starter plan remains available for people learning UI/UX designers who have limited needs to share or collaborate with others.
  • You can continue using XD Starter by launching XD manually (from the Windows Start menu or macOS Dock/Launchpad)

We have an open discussion happening here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/adobe-xd-v50-0-12-paid-after-the-update-no-starter-plan/td-p/12873512

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

We would be happy to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

hi @Georgios5CC4,

We understand your frustration. We would suggest you use the XD starter plan: Starter Plan | Adobe XD, and let us know if that helps.

We will also make sure to share your feedback with the team.

Thanks,

Harshika

What are the starter plan? We see Trial 7 days, Single app or Full CC subscription only.
