Unable to open file in XD

My XD File is not opening. My laptop hangs when I open that file. What to do? KINDLY PLEASE HELP. VERY URGENT!

Sorry to hear about the trouble. If it's a cloud document, please check if you're able to open a different version of that file by following the steps shared here and if that doesn't work either, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD & OS.
  2. Is this happening with that specific file or multiple files?
  3. If it's happening with that specific file, will it be possible for you to share that file with us? If yes, please follow the steps shared here and share the link with me through DM by clicking on my name.
