Unable to preview the scroll to action trigger within a mask in XD.

Hi, i have a scroll to action with a tap trigger within a mask. When i go to desktop preview, it doesn't work in the preview–any suggestions? Thank you…

Sorry for the inconvience.Can you just see the attached video and tell us if you are trying similar scroll to action with a tap trigger within a mask.

This is strange. I am too not able to reproduce the issue at my end on my windows machine. In addition to what Ashwini has asked, could you please check if it's happening with this specific file or all the files? Does that work in the prototype link? Please try creating a new interaction on a new file and share results with us.

Sorry for the delay in response. Actually, we are unable to see the file link attached. Could you please upload the file to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the URL with us here? I would also request you to please update XD to the current version (36.2) and then try again.

Sorry for the inconvience while working on Scroll to, Tried from our end, Not able to reproduce it, In order to investigate more could you please send the below information..
1. Is it happening in Win /Mac ( mention the versions)
2. The version of XD
3. Please capture the video and send it..
