Unable to scroll a page in XD User Testing

Hi there,

 

I'd like to share an XD User Testing Link but there is one single page that cant be scrolled when using the Link. Every other page works. Just this single one in the light version, as well as in the dark version doesnt work.

Can somebody tell me why?

Thank you for reaching out. I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end on the windows machine. In addition to what our expert has requested, please also share the below details-

 

  • Please also share the version of XD and the OS details.
  • Does that happen with a specific file?
  • Have you tried copying this page into a new file and then seeing if that helps?
  • Could you please share the screenshot of this page in prototype mode so that we can understand your workflow?

 

We will try our best to investigate.
