Unable to see XD in the Creative Cloud Desktop app

Just like everyone else i can't get Adobe XD to install, i tried to do the try and i get a 500 bad request error on the Adobe page. I picked my plan because it also included the XD starter package.
It seems that Adobe is trying to take away the starter package however i'm still paying for this and it's listed as an item i get, How do i get what i'm paying for?

As from this ID: codysalyer@live.com, I am seeing that you have Individual, Photography plans and 3 inactive statuses on Creative Cloud, all apps 100GB plan, Adobe XD, and Adobe Stock.
