XD crushes every time without any communique or info

Has anyone such a problem: I have the newest version of XD CC installed on my comp. I start the XD app, load my xd file, start working.... crush. No info (even from windows operating sys.) Try to start again. App is starting, I getting start to work with new blanc document... crush... again wthout any information what happens. I reinstall App - but it nothing helps. App is crushing the same way every time I try to do something with it. Sooner or later it allways crushes in the first minute of using. Embarrassing, isn't it? My set: DELL workstation 7500, 16GB Ram Windows 10 64 bit, all other Adobe CC apps working without problems.

Sorry to hear that XD is crashing at your end.

  • Was it working fine earlier? If yes then which version was it?
  • Do you remember any changes made to your machine since you are facing the issue.?

  • Could you please check if your machine has latest Display driver? If not then update it by downloading and installing latest driver from the website of the display driver you are using.
  • After installing driver reboot the machine and try again.

Hi, thanks for Your help.
Honestly, I didn't work with XD before. I've instaled the app with all CC apps, but untill now I didn't have a need to use this particular one.

IMO it may be a problem with my graphic card driver, but I use the newest one. My card is Quadro 4000. A bit old one... Driver 377.11. I'm going to update it, if there is a newer one that supports my card.
