XD files get duplications which cannot be deleted and creating lack of storage space

We are working with adobe CC for storage and collaboration, lately we are suffering with a strange bug,

It happens mainly with adobe XD files which gets duplications and cant be deleted. (it seems that they are being deleted, but they aren't).

No it seems that due to those duplications I reached the 100 Gigas of storage, when practically I only use 50%.

Your assitant is needed here. I'm lost!

Hey ayeletp,

This is a known glitch caused because of an issue with creative cloud sync.

We have logged a bug with the creative cloud team and is been worked on priority.
