@Ria_Staveri_4472 did you sign into adobe.com? That's where you will find Adobe Xd within the CC Sunscription...when you say 'suite' I am thinking of CS6 and lower...because Adobe Xd will not be on those DVDs. Adobe Xd came out around 2015 I believe...
In my account: https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms under 'More apps from Adobe'
I still teach Adobe XD to new groups of students every three months. After they obtain their Adobe CC subscriptions, I guide them in installing Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Xd. When I ask if they can access Xd, there’s a mix of responses: some can find it, while others report that it's either missing or in maintenance mode.
I do tell them give it 24 hours before Xd shows up, and it will likely be shown like this eventually. If not try this link, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/xd
Again, it normally shows up after 24 hours after logging into the https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms

@Ria_Staveri_4472 what did you buy? When people say suite, its the old Creative Suite on DVD not Creative Cloud Subscription. did you buy Adobe on DVD or on cloud...two separate things...

@Ria_Staveri_4472 As per above, you need to log into your Adobe.com account and look at the orgnal post that I responded...my new students who are in class, are able to see it...but they have the full CC subscription. And yes, you need to wait 24 hours to see it because that's what they had to do for some weird reason. https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/xd
If not contact customer care as per above. I don't have access to your adobe account

@Ria_Staveri_4472 You can still download it if you have the All Apps plan, but that is basically the only way to get it. If you have that plan, kindly inform support to flip the switch to get it.
