Hello,

I can't work on Adobe XD for more than 3 or 4 minutes and I get disconnected every time even though I'm well connected to the creative cloud.

It's impossible to work offline (on a plane for example) too and so I can't work on Adobe XD at all.

Do you have a solution?

    Thank you for contacting us, sorry to hear about the trouble. This is not expected, so could you please share a few more details like:

    1. The version of XD.
    2. Once XD is launched, is it like you are unable to browse the internet or you are getting any error while using any app or plugin that states you're disconnected?
    3. Is it happening with only a specific file or all the files?
    4. Will it be possible for you to record a video capturing the issue and share it with us?

    We're here to help, just need more information.

    1. The version of XD.

    Version 54.0.12

     

    2. Once XD is launched, is it like you are unable to browse the internet or you are getting any error while using any app or plugin that states you're disconnected?

    I'm still able to browse the internet, I'm still connected to Adobe creative cloud and I have no error at all except for Adobe XD.

     

    3. Is it happening with only a specific file or all the files?

    Yes all the files : local hard disk and a file from the cloud : same issue 

     

    4. Will it be possible for you to record a video capturing the issue and share it with us?

    Yes I can but basically I'm working on Adobe XD and 3 minutes later this screen appears (the one posted on my first post)
