Hi!
I have zeplin installed on my mac and I have the latest version of Adobe XD but when I try to export my screens to Zeplin the alternative won't show up in the list under File > Export.
Anyone know what the problem is and how I could solve it?

Posting a solution here below that worked for me for issue of Select Projects Modal (of Zeplin) not showing up:
- Uninstall Zeplin (Delete from your downloads / applications folder and recycle bin)
- Downgrade Adobe XD to Version 35 from Creative Cloud
- Restart your Macbook
- Download Zeplin back from Zeplin Website
- Open Adobe XD
- XD will ask for permissions to open Zeplin (Click on Allow / Okay)
- Export Modal from Zeplin now visible👍
- Now upgrade the Adob

Had the exact same issue on windows 10, would get this error msg: "Exporting from XD failed
Try exporting using our new XD plugin, currently on beta. The new plugin is built to solve most common export issues. For any questions, contact us at support@zeplin.io"
In a nutshell, Zeplin standard XD export method seems broken, the work around is using the plugin. (no need to reinstall XD or even restart, reboot anything..)
1-Install XD pluggin :Plugins > Browse Plugins ... > Search for Zep
Hi All,
With the latest XD update (41.1), you should be able to see the Zeplin option in the export menu as well. Please try that and let us know if it works.

I did the steps mentioned in this publication, and the ‘contentaccess’ folder is there. Attached image of the content.

Thanks for the info elainecc. The problem is different at the suggested link. I am able to see the Export to Zeplin but clicking on it dosent export the selection. Before posting this reply I had even tried to follow steps suggested in above thread but everything is fine as per unlock of xd folder or presence of contentaccess folder. Issue remains same still.

Hello JackieMessaggi, in the thread shared by elainecc, one of the user suggested to roll back to older version of xd, open zeplin and then upgrade the xd to keep it working, which I tried today and now zeplin is working successfully. Attaching the screenshots of post.
So here are details of what I did (mac os, latest zeplin already installed):
1) Open Adobe Creative Cloud/Desktop App either from finder or from bar
2) Go to All Apps, look for XD, click on More (3 dots) and select 'Uninstall' (for XD)
3) Post uninstall, again go to 'All Apps' then check for 'Xd' in Available with your subscription section and click on More (3 dots) to select 'Other Versions'. Further select 'Install' against Version 35.x.x
4) Once the XD Version 35.x.x gets installed successfully, Restart your mac.
5) Post restart open Xd and now Zeplin would be available in export section.
6) Now again open Adobe Creative Cloud (as per step 1) and open Updates section. You may see available update for XD since you have v 35.x.x installed , so go ahead and update your Xd to latest available version.
7) Post update, restart XD and you might be able to export selected artboards, assets to Zeplin.
Keep us posted if these steps worked/ didnt worked for you which will help others to save time.

I tried all the steps above, but nothing happened. The Export to Zeplin option is there, but when I click to export it does not load to Zeplin. I don't know what to do anymore.

Hello everyone! I'm facing the same problem, but in Adobe Creative Cloud there is no "Other versions" option, only "Uninstall". How can I downgrade Adobe XD?

Hi I have adobe XD and Zeplin latest version.
When Im in XD and I select "export to Zeplin" it takes me directly to Zeplin, but it doesn't shows me the screen or anything that I tried to export.
I've uninstalled everything a few times but still have the problem, please can you help me?

ok, my own reply of how I solved it. Go to plugins, browse for Zeplin plugin (Beta), install it and export to Zeplin from plugin menu, not the file -> export anymore. It works for me. At least atm.

I still don't know. This is why the error is happening.
What the hell is wrong with XD or Zepplin?
If export a large number of artboards, an error.
Is it because Korean is included in the artboard title?

Adobe does not make the plugin, Zeplin does. So you'll need to contact Zeplin support for help. https://support.zeplin.io/

I use adobe XD but I can't export to zepelin.
A new installation will not solve the problem.
The Zepelin version is 3.17 and the XD version is 37.1.

Hi!
Yesterday the export to Zeplin did not work for me, I cannot find the reason that has not allowed me to export and I don't know how to fix it either.
I read some posts from Adobe XD in the community (ex: Zeplin export won't show in Adobe XD) but (I think) not related with my problem.
I hope to get help in this community to fix this problem.
