[Extensibility]-How to use google docs in XD to create a Quiz.

Hi can someone please show me how to use Google Doc for designing a quiz in Adobe XD and have the google doc power the questions and answers.  I would like to have 10-25 questions, with the ability if I make changes to the google doc it reflect the live app.  Please help
