I had a separate take on using "time-triggers" in adobe Xd. For a continuous animation with slight delay between each component's animation, I've used masking to get the effect. I'm linking a video here which might be helpful to the community as well. ( the Xd file will be in the video description.

Hello Prepan.

I run XD 19.2.22.3 (Starter) on a mac with Mojave. I've just discovered the timed transitions in the documentation you mention because I really need such a feature.

Unfortunately, on my XD, "Time" is not available, I only Tap, Drag, Voice and "Keys & Gamepad". Do you know why?

Thanks.

Thank you for posting here. Can you make sure that you have selected the whole artboard and not an object within the artboard? If you are still having issues, can you post a screenshot here so that I can better understand what is going on?

Thanks,

Thanks you so much for this quick answer, this was the problem.

Small tips : if the artboard is fully covered by, let say, a rectangle, there is no easy way to distinguish a "full artboard selection" from a "layer selection". Maybe using a different color for the full artboard selection would make this distinction easier.

Thanks again Preran, best regards.
