Hi Community!

I'm facing an error with After Effect beta &  Media Encoder beta. When I opened the application, I immediately encountered the text Press OK after Attaching the Debugger (Image attached below).

Then the application will automatically save a file

Adobe Media Encoder_2023-09-05_001256_.crash

And then automatically turns off,

Looks like you have Trend Micro Security (malware protection) installed and it is causing AE to crash on startup. There is an update to Trend Micro that should fix this. Follow the directions here to do that: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/article/tmka-18640

Can you put the contents of the .crash file back into this thread so we can take a look at what might be causing the issue?

Thank you so much!

My Trend Micro is already on the latest version, but the latest version keeps crashing.

I tried uninstalling Trend Micro, and everything worked fine, and no more errors.

I tried troubleshooting on Trend Micro, but it still didn't work.

Even though it was still expired, I had to delete it and buy another anti-virus software, Bitdefender.

Everything is good now!

Thank you for your support.
