Properties Panel: Stroke width not applied to shape layer if set before stroke color

If you set the stroke width for a layer first that has a “None” stroke color applied and then set the stroke color, the stroke width is not acknowledged. If you deselect and select the layer again the stroke width is even reset to the default value that was set before the change.
