Shape layer's 'Constrain Proportions' icon not working on Size Property in the Properties panel

Currently, clicking this icon in the Properties panel does not unlink the X and Y size values (neither the icon or the behaviour change).

Thanks very much for reporting this issue. The team is aware of it and is looking into a fix. Once a fix is available in the Beta, we will update this post to let you know.
