ACES Configs v2 released

Yesterday new ACES configs have been released. Some small tweaks for OCIOv2.1/2.2 and a v2.1 config for OCIOv2.3 which adds Display P3 to the displays and CanonLog2 colorspaces and curves.

Can we expect OCIOv2.3 being implemented in AE soon including the ACES config updates? It shouldn't affect current projects as no other spaces were renamed or removed.

It may also be practical to look at implementing OCIONamedTransform.
