[Bug] Fast Draft - Composition disappears when panning viewer

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Enable Fast Previews > Fast Draft

    2. Using Hand Tool ('H' or Spacebar) pan the composition viewer
 
Result: Composition visiblity clears revealing background color.  Composition reappears after a separate user interaction.
Expected: Composition remains visible, just repositioned in the viewer.

Thank you for reporting this bug. We're aware of this problem and are investigating a fix for a future release.

Specifically, the bug is that when using the new Fast Draft renderer, actions that redraw the Composition panel but not the contents of the comp, such as panning or resizing the panel, cause it to draw as black until you interact with the comp to force it to redraw again. This problem only occurs on Windows, the bug doesn't occur on Mac.
