After Effects 23.6 crashes while opening. Error (0 :: 42)

My After Effects 2023 crashes while opening.
I am attaching the screenshots.
Please help.

AFTER AFFECTS BLOQUEADO!

Estoy intentando instalar en mi PC la versión de After Effects 2022.2.1 //  22.3 - 22.4 y al momneto que abro el programa me sale esta anuncio: 

"Error de After Effects: Error en curso. El último mensaje registrado ya sido: <14768> <APIP> <5> 73a0af19-4b16-baf7-c0a24f81b1b4"

le doy en aceptar y me sale este otro anuncio: 

"no se puede continuar After Effects: Lo sentimos, After Effects se ha bloqueado"
(0::42)

Y al darle aceptar, se cierra inmediatamente el porgrama. ¿Que puede ser? 
En cambio si instalo a la versión 2022.5 o 2022.6 me abre perfectamente. Pero demoran demasiado en exportar.  Cambio las otras versiones que no me deja instalar, si me exportan bien y con fluidez.

Without any system info we can't tell you much. The standard steps apply: Delete the preferences, reinstall the program, update your graphics driver.

i only moved from file to a forum (after effects) where you can get help from the after effects experts.

in general (ie, not after effects specific), with adobe crashes on windows:

1. restart your computer and retest

2. if that fails, update your os and retest

3. if that fails, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this) and update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

4. if that fails, uninstall after effects including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html and then reinstall

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

When I fresh my pc with new windows. I downloaeded all my Adobe programm. Photoshop is starting, Premier Pro, Media Encoder, everything is working. But After Effects send me problem when I`m only started AE. I tried earlier version, redownloaded my drivers, but problem is still there.

Is anyone has the same problem?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

32 RAM 
1 solid disc (500gb, 256 left)
1 disk (divide in two, 868gb left and 380left)
NVDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6gb (it hast the last drive)

He formateado mi pc hace poco y al reinstalar los programas me encuentro con que al abrir After Effects me tira un error  mostrandome el ultimo mensaje registrado seguido de un mensaje de bloqueo de la aplicacion al precionar en aceptar me pide guardar el proyecto que se abre por defecto, no tengo ningun proyecto hecho debido a que borre todos los programas al momento del formateo, seguido de guardar el proyecto vacio se cierra el programa. Si intento volverlo abrir se repite el bucle 

Estoy usando la version 23.6 
Mi sistema operativo es win 10 pro

That seems pretty serious. I think this is one of those times where it is best to contact Adobe's support - you might have to start with the chat option, but I've found them very helpful in the past.

Bonjour, depuis ce week-end je rencontre un problème sur 2 machines différentes (2 comptes adobe différents)

lors du démarrage d'after effects, le logiciel plante au lancement avec les messages d'erreurs ci-dessous.

Le problème est apparu suite a un reset complet des machines ainsi qu'une MàJ BIOS.

J'ai déja essayé de :

-Réinitialiser les PC,

-Réinstaller After Effects,

-Installer et mis a jour mes drivers

-changer de version AE

!!! j'ai aussi désactiver la fonction "Activer l'ecran d'accueil" cette méthode me permet en effet de lancer After mais je souhaiterais lancer After avec cette fonction activé !!!

Je peux aussi lancer des projets existant mais impossible de lancer After via Creative Cloud ou raccourci.

voici les spécifications matériels des 2 machines :

After effects 23.6

OS : windows 10 Pro 22h2

CPU : I9 - 12900k AND I9 - 10900k
GPU : RTX 3070Ti AND RTX 3080
RAM : 64Go DDR5
