After Effects and Premiere Invalid Launch (MAC OS Monterey)

I recently reinstalled all the MacOS Monterey (12.7.6) into my Mac Pro 6,1 (Intel Xeon E5 3,5GHz) and reinstalled all the Adobe Creative Cloud apps. The 2024 apps like Photoshop or Illustrator works with any issue.

But the 2023 apps like Premiere, Media Encoder or After Effects (in his last working version for my mac) crashed when I try to open it. It's a very strange bug, because they fail in the launch, that's meaning the app crash before the window of the app appears. I clicked in the app icon, the app is jumping in the deck and a few seconds after apperars a crash inform with any information about the crash.

Before the reinstalled of the OS system all the apps was working perfectly.

Any Help?

Are you able to launch the 2024 version of Premiere Pro or After Effects? Have you installed the beta version of any of the apps? If so, can you try removing it using the Adobe Cleaner tool

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,
Nishu

MacOs Monterey (12.7.6) is the last OS supported for my MacPro and the 2024 versions of After Effects and Premiere isn't available for this OS. For Premiere the last version supported is 23.6.7 and After Effects is 23.6.6.

After your post, I've tried the Adobe Cleaner Tool and reinstall everything but we have the same crash. So the problem persist.

We don't have any beta version installed.

How much RAM do you have on your system? Are you not getting the option to install the 24.X version of After Effects and Premiere Pro in the Creative Cloud desktop app? You should be able to because 24.X is supported on macOS Monterey. More details: https://adobe.ly/3YKl6Yo

If you get the option, I'd recommend installing the latest version. Also, can you provide your email id to the crash reporter and submit it? We'll try to find the report on our end to get to the root.

Thanks,
Nishu

I've attached two captures with my Mac technical info (Mac Pro 2013 Intel Xeon E5 and 32 GB of RAM) and one capture with the creative cloud app where you could see that v24 is not supported. Only v23.6.7.

About the crash report i've send right now two crash reporter. In the message i've put "Nishu_kush help!!!"

Yes, with the Apple 2013 Mac Pro, 23.x is the newest version of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder that you will be able to run along with macOS Motnerey 12.x.

Try starting in Safe Mode to see if you can get past what's causing the crash during startup.  Hold down command + option + shift when launching After Effects until you see the dialog box for Startup Repair Options and then click Start in Safe mode.
