After Effects, Black Dialogue Boxes, Crash in Progress, random errors each time. Clean Reinstall.

I'm at a loss trying to figure out what's happening.  I'm using the latest version of AE (25.3)

 

After Effects has been working fine just last night, then all of a sudden, I noticed opening up dialogue boxes were leading to these black square pop-ups:

If I do this while I have a project open, it will often crash, usually without an error message.  Sometimes it will emit a message like this:

 

After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <7356> <DBSync> <5> BEE_ThreadedRenderUpdateQueue::Render_DeserializeFullProject ZANZIBAR-2: old=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000, new=56c585a5-568f-4f08-96fd-f07fefa5723e, new-ts=21748

Things I've done so far:
-Restarted Computer.

-Reinstalled AE.

-Tried Safe Mode with Plugins Disabled

-Reinstalled AE with Support and Plugin folders deleted.
-Shut Down Computer, waited a little bit and boot it back up.


Is there anything I'm missing?  I need to get this program working again!

I also cleared Cache, Temp and Common Files.
