After Effects Warning: Unknown Exception & Error report for "AfterFX.exe"

Hey all -- I can't seem to run after fx because I keep getting this error. I just bought a new $4000 PC so it should be able to run it easily, but I can't seem to get around this or find any help on it... any ideas? I'm gonna have a meltdown LMAO

Looks like the usual security violation with the Nvidia desktop manager. You may need to install a different driver, likely in fact an older one than the latest one, though I'm not sure which ones are valid for the 4xxx series.
