Cannot open exported After Effects videos on Mac

I am exporting an After Effects video - but my exported video will not open on my Mac OS Monterey Version 12.6.6.

I have tried exporting on both Render Queue and Media Encoder - which have no issues during the export but the files will not open correctly.

When using Quicktime it will say it the format is incompatible for .mov, and for .mp4, .mpeg it will open only black video with no duration (same on VLC).

I have tried exporting with different codecs, eg Apple Pro Res, with similar effect.

My video is simple - only 5 seconds, two layers and 2 effects. And I am using After Effects 23.4.0 and Media Encoder 23.4. The files are saved to my drive and do not contain any non-latin characters.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you.

Yes I can share a project with alt text (instead of a png logo) and the same animation. What is the best way to share it?

Here is a google drive link if that works: https://drive.google.com/file/d/15eoSIkZ9f487nwHImNpth4Eo11TdYkKU/view?usp=sharing

That last dialog is alerting you that you've specified a media or disk cache folder on a drive that doesn't have enough space available relative to the amount you've specified in the preferences. While that may cause less frames to be cached, it should not be creating issues with your exports.

The export settings look ok to me. Is this a project you can share with us to be able to see if it reproduces for us?

Here are my latest output module settings (output - black screen no duration video) in AE and AME

I also just got this warning from AE when I reopened it again, is this directly effecting the outputs?

Can you list the exact output module settings and encoding settings you are choosing in AE or AME?
